Services by Design is a non-profit that started 21 years ago in our founder Madi Hawn’s living room. We serve children and adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities throughout 4 counties. We work with a wide range of support needs and believe in creating supports that are centered around the individuals needs and wants. The types of supports we offer range from 24 hour Host services, 8 or 10 hour shift work, as well as administrative work.

Services by Designs offers a variety of schedules for their employees. We have paid trainings that are completed in house. We always look at internal candidates for promoting new positions. We like to empower our employees to enhance their future and look at way to further their education.
