Easy Living, Inc.

Since before the inception of Easy Living, Inc., the owners had a heart for caring and supporting those with developmental disabilities– Chuck as the Executive Director for Missouri Special Olympics, while Dianna worked as a teacher for the Regional Center, teaching some of the individuals we care for today. Believing in strong family values, the company is now managed by their daughter, Cindy Smith, and Directors, Chad Williams and Troy Ketchum, both of whom have been with Easy Living for 30 years.
From one small office, our organization has grown to support over 150 individuals in residential and community services and employ over 500 employees with four locations to serve the Southwest Missouri area: Joplin, El Dorado Springs, Springfield, and Bolivar thus allowing DSPs looking to relocate to another location or a surrounding area the opportunity to transfer.
