High Hope is a non-profit based in Milan, with two locations also in Kirksville. HHES has been in business since 1983.We are a CARF accredited organization. High Hope is large enough to serve a multitude of our consumer’s needs but small enough that each employee is like family.

HHES provides a laid-back friendly environment to work in. High Hope offers 3 days of paid sick time, paid vacation and employee paid supplemental benefits to part-time and full-time employees. Full-time employees get a great benefit package that includes, medical, prescription, dental, life, and short-term disability along with 3 paid sick days a year and vacation that increases depending on time at the organization. After 10 years it will max out at 5 weeks paid vacation per year.
