In April of 1983, the LOQW became incorporated as a not-for-profit organization. LOQW is a leader in providing community life engagement services and employment services to individuals with disabilities in 14 counties in Northeast Missouri. We provide support, advocacy and connection to resources to work towards our vision of a Good Life for All.
