Personal Support Attendant

As part of the TNC Team, you will make a difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in TNC Community’s beautiful homes, with 13 locations in Independence, Kansas City, North Kansas City, Lee’s Summit, and Raytown.

Residential Support Supervisor

Responsible for managing TNC Community resources and assigned facility including facility budget and funds of individuals receiving services. Responsible for supervision of Lead Personal Support Attendants (Lead PSAs) and Personal Support Attendants (PSA), providing orientation, monitoring of documentation, and direct support activities. Responsible to assist the QDDP with the oversight of individuals’ health, safety, quality of life, and functional outcomes. The Residential Support Supervisor (RSS) will advocate for the removal of architectural, environmental, attitudinal, and financial, employment, communication, transportation, community integration, and any other barriers to the persons receiving services through TNC Community. Responsible to report all suspected/alleged abuse and neglect in accordance with TNC Community policies and procedures.

Community RN

 Are you tired of being in a hospital setting and how does a sign-on bonus sound? That is what TNC Community has for you! We are looking for people that want to make a difference. Do you have a passion for helping and caring for others? If so, we are currently accepting applications for Community RNs. This position works with our health team to provide support and care for individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities in our group homes and supported living sites through out the Kansas City metro area.
